8 Key Points To More Motivated

1.Set a Realistic Goal
We must know what we really want. Then set some goals. Determine  the high unrealistic goal seems good at first, but it will only increase the risk of failure.

2.Plan Ahead
Assume that our goal as a task to be settled, as we have to work or clean up every day. This is very important to enhance self-discipline in the context of making changes and to stay motivated. Prepare a daily schedule or log book and indicate the matters that will or have done so we are more likely to implement such targets.

3.Problems Anticipating
Planning ahead can help avoid obstacles that undermine motivation. When we know that we have to return home after working late at a day, plan to wake up early the next day to complete the goal before going to work.

4.Fulfilled Self-Promise
Promise ourself will improve the chances for success and makes us very excited. But remember! we should not be too extreme and change it if necessary.

5.Idols and Support
Idol or role model is very important so that it can provide inspiration in doing things more effectively. Family and friends also play a role in the success. So, ask support to help our goals.

6.Knowledge is Power
Individuals who have a knowledge know how to set their goals. So, provide ourself with a lot of knowledge and find as much information to help us achieve the goal.

7.Think Positively
Think positively at all times. Get your reading material as well as motivational book with a different daily messages such as "Giant Steps - 265 Daily Steps in Self-Mastery" the work of Anthony Robbins. Always remind ourself how far have we sought and appreciate our efforts.

8.Manage the Obstacle
Do not let the same mistakes repeatedly. Admit when we have deviated from the runway. Correct the path as quickly as possible because there are no mistakes in life, only lessons we learned.
